Yen is a multidisciplinary artist, crafter, and maker, interested in making work that is both highly personal and disembodied.
She recently received her MA in Performance Studies at NYU Tisch where she focused on the performance of comedy and laughter.
She draws inspiration from hidden patterns, daily tasks, humor, bathrooms, and such.
She began her practice in San Diego, California and is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
